Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from CharmFolio under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry, including engraved items, are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.
- Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For lost or damaged returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry (unless defective).
- Items without original packaging or tags.
