By placing an order on CharmFolio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making purchases.

2. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur. All jewelry items are sold as described at the time of purchase.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive confirmation emails at each stage of order fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory discrepancies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by destination. CharmFolio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues. Additional import duties/taxes may apply for international orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving returned items.

Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Limited Liability

CharmFolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
